The child must be at least ten (10) years of age for our year 7 (Junior School) classes.
An application form is obtained after which a prospective student
writes an entrance examination. After this, an oral interview is conducted
(usually within the school premises) and successful candidates are accepted.

Our efficient boarding system is guided by a well-structured schedule that is flexible enough not to stifle the adventurous spirit of youth, yet disciplined enough to inculcate enduring values and principles in them. Hostel rooms are well-ventilated. Balanced, nutritious meals are served three times a day with “After Prep Refreshments.”
BWIA has balanced approaches to early education with a curriculum that combines the teaching of basic letters, numeracy literacy with play and interaction between children.
One of the most important things we do at BWIA is to develop children's self-confidence both socially and educationally. We do this by providing a happy and cheerful environment and varied time tables that children enjoy; making their days "fun." This gives them enthusiasm for learning.
